Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Java Lead to design and drive scalable backend systems. The candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality delivery of microservices-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and best practice adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Proven experience in Microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and system design

Good to Have

• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
