Qcentro – Terms & Conditions (Payments & Customer Policies)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of products and services offered by Qcentro Private Limited (“Qcentro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with Qcentro’s software, platforms, or related services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms regarding payments and customer responsibilities.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Invoicing

Qcentro will issue invoices based on the selected product or service plan, either monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided during onboarding or registration.

1.2 Payment Due Dates

All invoices are due within 15 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

UPI

Major credit/debit cards

Authorised payment gateways integrated on our site

1.4 Taxes and Duties

Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes (GST or other local taxes).

The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Refunds

Qcentro follows a no-refund policy for completed payments unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, please notify us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

2.2 Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day prior written notice.

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused services.

3. Service Activation & Delivery

Services will be activated or delivered only after receipt of the first payment or as per mutually agreed milestones.

In the case of custom projects, timelines will be defined in a Statement of Work (SoW) signed by both parties.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate company and billing information at the time of onboarding and keep it up to date.

4.2 Use of Services

Services must be used for lawful purposes only.

Clients agree not to misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer any Qcentro platforms or intellectual property.

4.3 Support & Communication

Support is available via email or through your designated Qcentro account manager during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

Clients are expected to cooperate reasonably during onboarding, implementation, and support.

5. Modifications

Qcentro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes via email or system alerts. Continued use of services post-update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Local Jurisdiction, e.g., India], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
