Lead Generation Executive

Work Mode: Remote / Freelance / Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for IT recruitment and staffing services
• Identify decision-makers and collect accurate client contact information
• Perform cold calling, cold outreach, and follow-ups
• Use multiple platforms to source leads, including:
  • Apollo
  • LinkedIn
  • Reddit
  • Discord
  • Clay
  • Other lead generation and outreach platforms
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
• Coordinate with sales and recruitment teams to ensure lead conversion
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation metrics

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in lead generation
• Proven experience in IT recruitment lead collection
• Strong exposure to cold calling and outbound communication
• Hands-on experience using lead generation tools and platforms:
  • Apollo, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, Clay, etc.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
