Lead .NET Developer

Location: Hybrid- Kochi Infopark
Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead .NET Developer to guide the design, development,
and deployment of robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will
combine deep technical expertise in the Microsoft stack with a strong leadership mindset,
contributing both as a hands-on developer and a mentor to the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable .NET-based web applications and APIs.
  Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and guide the development team on
  best practices and design principles.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance,
  scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to drive
  product and technical excellence.
• Architect and implement complex backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and
  RESTful APIs.
• Design database schemas and ensure eƯicient querying and data handling using
  Microsoft SQL Server.
• Lead performance tuning, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives for web
  applications and APIs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and
  technical guidance.
• Take ownership of deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application lifecycle
  management.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate new tools, and introduce
  innovations to improve development processes
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using the Microsoft
  stack.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and Web API development.
  Strong frontend understanding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular
  or React (preferred).
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party
  services.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning, stored
  procedures, and data modeling.
• In-depth knowledge of API security protocols such as OAuth2, JWT, and other
  authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Familiar with logging, monitoring tools, and API analytics for reliability and performance
  optimization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative team
  environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

  Nice to Have:
  Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  Knowledge of microservices architecture.
