Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
● SQL Server / T-SQL
○ Expert-level querying, optimization, stored procedures, indexing
● SSIS
○ 5+ years designing and owning complex, production ETL pipelines
● SSRS
○ Strong experience building operational and executive-level reports
● Power BI
○ Advanced dashboarding, data modeling, and DAX usage
● Python
○ Data processing, automation, and scripting for analytics workflows
Experience
● 8–12+ years in Data Analytics, BI Development, or Data Engineering roles
● Proven experience owning enterprise data platforms end-to-end
● Experience working with high-volume transactional systems
● Strong production support and incident troubleshooting experience
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or
related field
● Or equivalent hands-on professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
● SSAS cube design and MDX query experience
● Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler)
● Experience with Git / GitHub version control
● Background in fintech, loyalty, rewards, or high-transaction platforms
● Microsoft certifications in SQL Server, Power BI, or related data technologies
